Allan Rowe
Chief Executive Officer
Allan Rowe is the CEO of Sunset Management Company.
Prior to Sunset, Allan was Chief Commercial Officer and Co-founder of Waypoint Leasing, a global aircraft leasing company, where he led the design and expansion of the company’s global platform across seven offices worldwide and the growth of the business to over $1.6B in assets through organic growth and select acquisitions.
Early in his career, Allan served as a Special Operations Officer in the U.S. Navy. He holds a degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Harvard Business School and lives in Charleston, SC.
Jay Davis

Jay Davis is a co-founder of the Nashton Company, a firm that focuses on acquiring and growing recurring revenue services companies over long time horizons.
Prior to cofounding Nashton, Jay served as the CEO of Vector Disease Acquisition, a company that provides vector-borne disease prevention programs and lake management services.
Jay holds a degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is an Executive in Residence at Harvard Business School where he teaches a course on managing small and medium enterprises.
